COMP NEWS – A company by the name of PPLSI has implemented a new wage structure for all employees, who will now receive a new pay of at least $15 an hour. PPLSI is the parent company of both LegalShield and IDShield.

During a recent “all hands” meeting, LegalShield CEO Jeff Bell announced that the company is implementing a new wage structure and ensuring a minimum hourly rate of $15/hour.

To combat the ongoing labor crisis, PPLSI has included an incentive in the new compensation structure for employees who recently quit working there. This incentive is an invitation to come back to work for the new $15/hour pay.

“In addition, PPLSI is enhancing the referral bonus to include former employees who may want to return given the improved pay structure,” Hollon M. Kohtz, Director of Publicity,” said in a prepared statement.

Based on a recent press release from PPLSI, the new compensation structure is welcomed by their workforce.

“PPLSI is thrilled to enter the new year celebrating our valued employees and supporting families in this way. We have received several testimonies of how this pay increase will help them,” the press release went on to say.

As our economy continues to go through a labor crisis, many companies such as PPLSI will have to reevaluate their current compensation structures. These structures will have to change to ensure the demand for labor is met.
