Chipotle has been seeking to fill over 15,000 job positions nationwide. To find these potential workers, they are turning to the internet.
Chipotle is one of the first brands to leverage TikTok to grow its workforce at a time when hiring isn’t always easy, and meet applicants where they are.

To bolster its attractiveness to employees, Chipotle has also increased its compensation models to include an $11 an hour minimum wage, a Crew Bonus program for meeting performance criteria, and a 401k retirement plan.
