COMP NEWS – It’s that time of the year when competitive law firms ramp up their bonus compensation to attract new associates, and one Texan boutique firm has come out swinging.
Another elite boutique law firm is proving that big raises aren’t just for Biglaw!
Today, Texas-based litigation boutique Yetter Coleman announced that it was matching the new salary scale that’s taken the nation by storm. Yetter, one of the top litigation firms by law school pedigree, told associates the new compensation scale was the result of a “successful and exciting year” at the firm.
The following compensation and bonus grid was revealed at Yetter.
The bonuses, payable on December 18th, are subject to productivity requirements — associates need to bill a minimum of 2050 hours (which can include a limited number of pro bono, diversity and professional development hours) to receive the full bonus.
